From the time I entered the door Marie (a tremendous asset because first impressions are the most lasting) was gracious and welcoming! My time with Stacy (another tremendous asset) was very important as she first allayed my fears; put me at ease so that I could benefit from all she needed to explain. It is her loving spirit that makes her endearing to the point that I was able to get through this visit with minimal trauma. Dr. Alouf is a gem and knowing how busy he is, I really appreciate that he took the time with me so that I did not feel discouraged, rushed, or frightened. You guys have made a believer out of an otherwise petrified person. That comes mostly from having had some very traumatizing dentistry experiences. I cannot thank you all enough for being who you are and I truly believe God moved me to Alouf Aesthetics! THANK YOU ALL!

Upon arriving I was so warmly welcomed by Marie, what a super nice person! She calmed any nervousness that I may have had! She then introduced me to Tammy and she was just great! As busy as they were she made sure I was at ease as to what to expect. She explained to me that Dr. Alouf was the best at what he does and is always about learning more, staying on top!! Dr Alouf was very busy that day, I did not mind waiting because he was kind enough to work me in during his very busy schedule. I don't think many others would have bothered with me on a day like that! Besides, every 10 mins or so, Tammy would return to reassure me! It was a very good experience, very inviting staff! By the way did I mention that Dr. Alouf was great, he took the time to educate me about my tooth that was troubling me and also relieved some pressure in that area!!! I feel like I should bake them some cupcakes or something!!! Great staff!!
