We want your initial visit with our practice to be educational, relaxing, comfortable, and as anxiety free as possible. Our team, with over 170 year’s total experience, is dedicated to making your dental health our priority.

When calling Alouf Aesthetic Dentistry to inquire about an appointment you will be greeted in a friendly professional manner by one of our team members who are trained to answer all of your questions and assist you in reserving your first appointment.

Registration is as easy as downloading our New Patient forms from our website or requesting a registration packet be mailed for completion.

When you arrive at our facility you will be greeted warmly by our Patient Concierge who will already know a lot about you before you even arrive! She will complete your registration and familiarize you with our facility and services. Her job is to make you feel comfortable and part of the Alouf family! Relax and enjoy the opportunity to review our educational materials, our Cosmetic Before & After Photo Albums of real patients, view our educational Dental television programming, or just have a hot or cold beverage on us!

Our Patient Concierge will personally introduce you to our New Patient Coordinator to begin the next step of your journey. Before you are seated in a dental chair, our New Patient Coordinator will just sit and chat with you in a relaxed environment, one on one, gathering your dental history and personal goals. This is the first opportunity for you to ask your questions! We will then perform a comprehensive examination and oral assessment which may include diagnostic xrays. Patient coordinator will discuss her findings with you and provide you with the second opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of your oral health.

Next step, let´s meet the doctor. Dr. Alouf will be personally introduced to you. The New Patient Coordinator will provide him/her with her clinical findings and the doctor will perform a cursory exam. The doctor will briefly review your medical and dental history and address your primary concerns.

At Alouf Aesthetic Dentistry, our philosophy is to diagnose and prescribe the right treatment for each patient comprehensively which means the doctors will need time for case planning. We want this to be a long term relationship for a lifetime of smiles!
